I can help you uncover contacts that you have within your own team and core group of volunteers. The "connector meeting" tool that I use is much more than networking. It is a way to identify warm leads, find the right people to make the approach, and follow up with an action plan and timeline .

The job / work  prioritization tool will help you to list all of the immediate priorities across your work areas / projects / events and then help you focus on the " A " list priorities from each.

We will take an in-depth look at your org chart and staff roles / responsibilities as well as your volunteer structure. We will assess how both of these important groups combine to work together to implement your organization's mission statement, goals and objectives.

If you have a staffing vacancy in a senior / key role, I can help fill-in the vacancy in the interim, while you look for a replacement.

I can work with you to plan a new event, revamp an old event or make the return of a COVID-19 postponed event come back even stronger.

I can help you set up systems to ensure compliance that your organization needs to adhere to. This can also include risk assessment and reduction, documentation and audit preparation.
